Information

If you don’t find the answer you’re looking for here then please email us.

One month before the festival, we’ll email all attendees with a handbook with routes, maps, advice, hints and tips to get the best out of the weekend.

What are the event timings?

We’re welcoming people to the event from 8am on Friday 14th and the activities will start from 10am. If you are arriving the evening before then there is some accommodation available at Kudhva and you can book this directly with them (for the 13th).

The event finishes on Sunday (17th) morning with a yoga session and swim. If you are staying on site then you need to check out by 11am.

Parking and getting around?

Yes, there’s car parking for day and weekend guests. We’ll post more details about this soon. We’ll have space for about 10 small campervans.

We’re in the process of looking at shuttle services to and from the train station and down to the beach for the swimming and surfing. Details to follow.

Kids and dogs

The festival is aimed at an adult audience and the set up won’t be suitable for young children. Bring your teenagers if you like but they’re your responsibility. Unfortunately, Kudhva does not accommodate pets.

Food and drink

You can bring your own food and drink on site and we’d advise you to at least bring a few snacks. There will be some food trucks catering for all dietary requirements plus coffee and a bar (of course). You are encouraged to bring your own reusable cutlery and drinking cups. Food and drink isn’t included in the ticket price.

What should I bring?

Kudhva is quite a big site so there’ll be some walking to be done. Bring decent footwear and clothing for cold and wet weather (hopefully you won’t need it). You might also need some bedding depending on your accommodation choice. The site will be lit and in June the sun is up most of the weekend, but a torch is a good idea. Please bring a towel as we’ll have showers on site for you.

Please bring your own power banks for your phones and devices (if you wish to use them at all!) as there will be no wall chargers available on site.

Wifi

The signal at Kudhva is extremely weak and there isn’t wifi on site. Consider it a good excuse to go off grid for a couple of days perhaps.

Refunds and cancellations

If you can’t make it, then let us know as soon as possible. We can probably transfer day tickets from one day to the other (subject to capacity) and we’ll do our best to resell your tickets. We’re unable to offer refunds after the 1st June. If you’re selling your ticket on to others, please let us know so we can update our records.

Accessibility

Kudhva is built into a challenging environment but as long as you’re aware of this and up for a challenge then we’ll do our very best to help. Please get in touch to discuss your needs.

Behaviour and consideration

We’re creating a unique and friendly experience. It’s supposed to be fun (of course!) but it’d be good to play nice. Treat the site, the team and each other with respect. Look after each other, don’t take drugs or be daft. Anyone being a pain in the arse will be evicted without refund.
